吉隆坡-兰州
KUL - Lanzhou
出发地乘机前往兰州，抵达后乘车前往兰州酒店入住！
Depart from your hometown by flight to Lanzhou. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel in Lanzhou for check-in.
Day 2
兰州-郎木寺
Lanzhou - Langmusi Monastery

早餐后赴夏河参观游览藏传佛教六大黄教宗主寺之一【拉卜楞寺）这里是格鲁派最高的佛学学府之一，被誉为“世界藏学府”。
After breakfast, head to Labrang Monastery in Xiahe, one of the six main monasteries of the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism. It is one of the highest Buddhist academic centers of the Gelug sect and is known as the "World Tibetan University."
Day 3
郎木寺- 阿坝
Langmusi Monastery - Aba

早乘车赴【阿万仓湿地】，是黄河上游重要水源涵养区。后车赴【莲宝叶泽（含门票+景区交通）】，群峰如刀削斧劈，直指苍穹，是自然与信仰共舞的高原圣境。【娘玛寺】寺内有世界最大的转经筒。
After an early breakfast, drive to Awancang Wetland, an important water conservation area of the upper Yellow River. Then continue to Lianbaoyeze (incl. ticket & park transport), a highland sanctuary where jagged peaks rise sharply toward the sky—a place where nature and faith meet. Visit Niangma Monastery, home to the world' s largest prayer wheel.
Day 4
阿坝-若尔盖
Aba - Ruoergai

早餐后游览【瓦切塔林】瓦切塔林藏语意为“大帐篷”，这里有纪念第十世班禅大师颂经祈福之地瓦切塔林，塔林周围是一片连绵的经幡，甚为壮观。【黄河九曲第一弯】，这里是四川、青海、甘肃三省的交界地，从源头缓缓流来的黄河在这里曲折九拐，在草原上留下了优美的景致。
After breakfast, visit Waqie Pagoda Forest, which means "Big Tent" in Tibetan. It is a sacred site commemorating the 10th Panchen Lama, surrounded by a spectacular array of colorful prayer flags.
Then see the First Bend of the Yellow River, where the river meanders nine times at the junction of Sichuan, Qinghai, and Gansu, creating beautiful curves across the grasslands.
Day 5
若尔盖-迭部
Ruo'ergai - Diebu

早餐后乘车前往【花湖（含门票+景区交通）】，草原上的天然秘境，每一幕都是自然绘就的空灵画卷。
后前往【扎尕那（含门票+环保车）】，扎尕那山势奇峻、景色优美，犹如一座规模宏大的石头宫殿。体验【藏式家访】
（含门票及体验项目）到藏族百姓家里做客，与藏族人民一起唱歌跳舞，DIY制作糌粑，
品尝特色奶茶，感受藏族最高礼仪赠送哈达。
After breakfast, drive to Hua Lake (incl. ticket & park transport), a natural secret on the grasslands where every scene looks like a serene painting. Then visit Zhagana (incl. ticket & eco shuttle), a stunning area of jagged peaks and magnificent scenery resembling a grand stone palace. Experience a Tibetan Home Visit (incl. ticket & activities), visiting a local Tibetan household to sing, dance, make tsampa, taste traditional butter tea, and receive a ceremonial khata.
Day 6
迭部-宕昌
Diebu - Dangchang

早餐后，乘车前往【官鹅沟】（含门票及观光车）。官鹅沟为国家5A级景区，以奇特山峥、蜿蜒溪流和瀑布闻名，四季景色各异，是摄影和徒步的理想之地。
After breakfast, drive to Guan' egou (including entrance and sightseeing shuttle). A 5A-rated national scenic area, Guan' egou is famous for its unique peaks, winding streams, and waterfalls, with beautiful
scenery in all seasons-an ideal spot for photography and hiking.
Day 7
宕昌-天水
Dangchang - Tianshui

早餐后开车前往天水，后参观【南宅子】这里是典型的明代古居建筑群，保存了明代建筑风格的精髓，青砖灰瓦、雕梁画栋，展示了当时民居的格局与生活方式。随后游览【天水古城】这里是西北地区保存较完整、规模较大的明清时期民居院落群，街巷纵横、院落错落有致，可以感受到浓厚的历史文化氛围。
After breakfast, drive to Tianshui and visit Nanzhaizi, a typical Ming Dynasty residential complex showcasing classic architecture with grey bricks, tiled roofs, and carved beams, reflecting the layout and lifestyle of the period. Then explore Tianshui Ancient City, one of the largest and best-preserved Ming and Qing residential courtyards in Northwest China. Its winding streets and staggered courtyards offer a rich sense of historical and cultural atmosphere.
Day 8
天水-兰州
Tianshui - Lanzhou

早餐后前往黄河风情线-【中山桥】、【水车园】、【黄河母亲】解锁金城兰州的滨河魅力，后前往【兰州牛肉面博物馆】，参观牛肉面博物馆+亲手体验DIY兰州牛肉面体验+品尝兰州牛肉面，午餐后乘机返回温馨的家。
After breakfast, explore the Yellow River Scenic Belt in Lanzhou, visiting Zhongshan Bridge, Waterwheel Garden, and Mother River Statue to experience the riverside charm of the "Golden City." Next, visit the Lanzhou Beef Noodle Museum for a guided tour, hands-on DIY beef noodle making, and tasting of authentic Lanzhou beef noodles. After lunch, transfer to the airport for your flight home.
Day 9
抵达
HOME
抵达吉隆坡，解散后各自返回温暖的家。
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur. After dispersing, return to your own homes.
